Plastic packaging

First see UU about plastic waste.

Both soft and hard plastics packaging is placed in receptacle for plastic packages in departments own recycling station or in recycling central in D0.

- Packaging must be well emptied and cleaned.
- Remove all markings and labels in proper way.
- Absolutely forbidden to put anything on the floor.
- Never overfill the vessels.
- If vessel is full - Use other.

Packaging labeled with pictograms for 'Acute toxicity' ('The Skull and Crossbone'), 'Hazardous to the environment' ('Fish and tree') or 'Seroius healt hazard' ('Exploding lung') must NOT be recycled but left as chemical waste according to these routines.

Plastic waste chemically contaminated must be handled as chemical waste.
Plastic waste infectiously contaminated must be handled as infectious waste.


Other types of plastic waste including styrofoam boxes are placed in receptacle of platsic packaging in Recykling central D0:0.
Shrinkage fil, plastic bags, plastic bands/strings or other plastics that are long is placed in special carts placed in recycling central D0:D. Look for the signs.
